Ms.Jones-(phone rings and she answers) Hello……….yes……….okay…...I’ll talk with him.
Rica- Uh-Oh who is it this time. (waiting intently to see if she is in trouble0
Ms. Jones- What is the point in doing your homework and never turning it in?
Dre- (looking puzzled while everyone stares at him) I don’t know sometimes I forget.
Hassan- Well in my school homework is not graded so I don’t usually do it or think I should have to.
Rica- Well you should(sarcasm) but I do agree I don’t think it should be done.
Sam- Well even if it is not required it should be done because it is extra practice and can make or break what you learn. Education is more important than you make it out to be. It is everything so from now on you do all homework. Did you understand( not waiting for and answer)…Well I know you do so do it.
Hassan- Okay but it is still kind of dumb.
New New- I turn mine in ( knowing she never really did the assignment but copied.)
Dre- Yes mam
Ms. Jones- If you grew up in a third world country you would appreciate it more. (End of conversation.)
